BuySell Tires runs this website for our Lethbridge, AB tire shop. This policy explains what we collect, why, and your choices — kept short, because our data handling is short.
What we collect
When you send a quote request or contact us through this site, we collect only what you type into the form: your email, your tire size, and any notes. If you call or text, we have your number and whatever you tell us. We don’t ask for anything we don’t need to answer you.
Why
One reason: to reply to your request and quote or serve you. That’s it.
How it’s handled
Your request goes straight to the shop’s own email inbox (via our email provider, Resend) so the owner can get back to you. Nothing is stored in any database or customer system. We don’t run this site on a CRM, we don’t use call-tracking numbers, and we load no third-party advertising trackers. Visitor analytics (Vercel Analytics) is privacy-respecting and aggregate — it doesn’t build a profile of you or sell your data.
Who sees it
Only the business owner and the people who help us run the shop. We don’t sell, rent, or trade your information, and we don’t use it for marketing unless you ask.
How long we keep it
Only as long as needed to handle your request and any follow-up. Ask us to delete it and we will.
